Free Computer and Internet Classes from WVI
Monday, December 5, 2011– Basic Computer Skills – this is a very basic class for people who need to learn how to use a mouse, move the cursor, and do simple actions like highlighting, click-drag-drop, cut and paste, working with word documents, etc.
Monday, December 12, 2011– Surfing the Internet for Beginners – this class will review Basic Computer Skills and give the student experience and knowledge about how to find things/get around on the Internet and navigate through web pages.
Class size is limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. All classes will be held at Regis High School computer lab, 5:30-7:00 pm. You must be pre-registered to attend. Send an email to info@wvi.com with your name, phone number and the class you wish to attend, or call 503.769.2121 to register. We must have a minimum of 12 registrants by noon of the Friday before each class or the class will be cancelled.
