Click on the Dialing Rules button. You will now see this:

Click the Edit button. Make sure to type in 503 in the Area code box if it is not already there. Your screen should look similar to this:

Click on the Area Code Rules tab at the top of your screen. You will now be looking at this:

Click on the New button. Type in 503 in the Area code you are calling box, and then check the box called Include the area code. You should have a screen similar to this:

Click on the OK button 3 times to return you to your main WVI connection. Your computer should now be configured to use 10 digit dialing.
