Aumsville – Ernest
“Wayne” Hoskins, 88, died November 9 in Sublimity. He was
born in Packwood, Iowa. Wayne moved to Salem in 1996 from
Arizona and to Aumsville in 1998. He served in the US Navy in
WWII. Wayne worked for over 20 years as a cement finisher. He
was a very dedicated husband, father, grandfather and
great-grandfather.
Wayne married Doris
Norberg on October 25, 1945 in Davenport, Iowa. He is survived
by his wife Doris of Aumsville. Daughters: Sheryl Render of
Aumsville; Diane Cotte of Salem; and Teresa Elmore of
Scottsdale, AZ. 3- grandchildren and 2 –
Great-grandchildren. There will be no services at his request.
