Stayton – Bill, 74,
died Sunday in Stayton. He was born in Ullin, Illinois. Bill moved to Albany in 1954 and in 1998 he moved to
Soldotna, Alaska before moving to Stayton 2 ½
years ago. He worked
as a core layer for over 50 years at Southwest Forrest
Industries in Albany, also Boise Cascade and Champion Lumber in
Lebanon.
Bill requested no
services, he just wanted everyone to remember all the good
times. He loved his children and family, and his friends. Bill
also loved Soldotna, Alaska, where he spent 8 years running his
restaurant and fishing. He enjoyed fishing and camping.
Bill married Kathie
Hollopeter on February 21, 1981 in Albany. He is survived by his
wife Kathie of Stayton. Sons: Michael J. Isom of Aumsville,
Jeffery S. Isom of Albany, Keith D. Myrick of Kenai, Alaska and
Michael E. Myrick of Haiku, Hawaii; Daughter: Joanna C. Campbell
of Aloha; Brother: John Isom of Florida and 11 –
