Richard “Dick” Stuart
February 8, 1930 – October 8, 2009

Otis – Dick, 79, died October 8 in Otis. He was born in Arvin, CA. , moving to Albany in 1943. He lived in Stayton for 20 years, moving to Gleneden Beach, Lincoln City, Otis, Estacada, then back to Otis. Dick worked for over 17 years at maintenance at Salishan Golf Course. He was a member of the Eagles and Elks. Dick enjoyed cooking, reading and woodworking.

He is survived by son and daughter-in-law: Don & Jene Stuart of Stayton; Daughter: Karen Swain of Stayton. Grandchildren: Janet Spears of Stayton and Greg Swain of Stayton. Great-grandchildren: Dalton and Emily Spears of Stayton. At Dick’s request there will be no services. Private Interment in Lone Oak Cemetery in Stayton.
