Phyllis E. (Jordan) Eastman
February 18, 1923 – October 26, 2010

Salem – Phyllis, 87, died Tuesday in Salem with her family at her side. She was born in Lebanon and lived most of her life in the Stayton and Salem area. Phyllis worked as a weaver in the Pendleton Woolen Mill. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting for family and friends, always  looking for that next great pattern, and flower gardening. Phyllis is survived by daughters: Shannon (Darrell) Huber of Lyons and Jamie Fisher of Eagle River, Alaska; Brother: Eldon (Jean) Jordan of Pendleton; Sister-in-law: Bettie Jordan of Stayton; Grandchildren: Tesa Apperson, Matthew Bowlsby and Brian Huber. Preceded in death by son Kevin Boyles Brothers: Leon and Durrel Jordan and sister: Eunice Phillips. No services will be held at her request.
