Joyce O. Kimery
June 12, 1924 – February 3, 2010

Lyons – Joyce 85, died Wednesday in Lyons. She was born in Watson, Oklahoma and grew up in New Mexico, moving to Detroit and settling in the Mehama – Lyons  in 1960. Joyce owned and operated a craft shop and green house in Lyons. She did all types of crafts and had a green thumb. Joyce enjoyed crocheting, knitting and pottery.

She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Kimery on August 26, 2003. Joyce is survived by Daughters: Wanda Buxton of Estacada and Verna Roberts of Lyons; sons: James Kimery of Stayton and Lawrence Kimery of Lyons; Sister: June Lewis of Lyons; 11-grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. There will be no services held at her request. Private Interment in Fox Valley Cemetery, Lyons. Serving the family North Santiam Funeral Service, Stayton.
