Silverton – Brett, 38,
died Friday. He was born in Salem to Bruce and Sandra Philippi and
lived all his life in the Stayton and Silverton area. Brett
graduated from Stayton High School in 1989. After graduation he
attended college and became a draftsman.
Brett loved and had a passion for drawing and designing.
His hobbies included collecting model cars, building remote
control helicopters and golfing. Brett was a member of United
Methodist Church in Stayton.
He is survived by his
parents Bruce and Sandra Philippi of Silverton; Daughter: Alyssa
Goertzen of Dallas; Son: Blake Philippi of Silverton; Sisters:
Missy (Mark) Pasternack of Vancouver, WA., and Kristan (Anthony)
Hoke of Silverton; aunt and uncle; 3 nieces and one nephew.
Memorial Services will
be Thursday, February, 4, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the United Methodist
Church in Stayton. Private Interment in Lone Oak Cemetery in
Stayton. Contributions may be made to the United Methodist Church
in Stayton. Serving the family North
