Mill City – Diana, 64,
died Friday, April 16, 2010 in Sublimity. She was born in Albany.
Diana lived most of her life in the Lyons and Mill City area,
graduating from Santiam High School in Mill City in 1963. She
worked different jobs around the Stayton area, but mostly raised
her family. Diana enjoyed sewing, fishing, going to the coast,
gardening and seafood. She married Don Reopelle on March 2, 1979
in Stayton.
Diana is survived by her
husband – Don of Mill City; Mother: Louise (Marvin) Brown of
Lincoln City; Sons: Aaron (Andrea) Reopelle of Scio and Travis
(Heather) Reopelle of Redmond; daughter: Chandra Reopelle of
Albany; Brother: David Minton of Mill City; Sisters: Linda Earley
of Sherwood and Joyce Brandt of Salem; 8 – Grandsons and 1 –
granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her father Merle
Minton and brother Eddie Minton.
A potluck Memorial
Service will be Saturday, May 1, 2010 from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM at
Kimmel Park in Mill City. Serving the family North
