Aumsville – Eddy, 70,
died Saturday, February 20 in Aumsville. He was born in Borger,
TX. Eddy lived in Bend then moved to Lyons in 1977 to Salem in
1982 to Turner in 2001 and finally to Aumsville in 2009. He worked
for Truax for over 20 years as a truck driver. Eddy owned and
operated R.N.S. for over 50 years doing woodwork, treework,
remodeling, and removing oil tanks. He said he was a jack of all
trades and master of none.
Eddy was a member of the
Pentecostal Church of God in Salem. He enjoyed hunting, fishing,
being with his grandkids and great-grandkids, playing harmonica,
family get togethers and outings, and going to garage sales and
auctions.
Eddy married Valeria Fox
on June 12, 1960 in Fresno, CA. He is survived by his wife:
Valeria of Aumsville; Sons: Willy of Turner, Archie and Allan of
Salem; daughters: Mary White, Aunna King, and Judith Riley all of
Salem, Kathy Wright of Aumsville, Arlene Limbeck of Scio, and
Abagail Darby of Independence; Brother: Ernie Richardson of Grass
Valley, CA; Sisters: Corrine Coffey of Dublin, CA., and Cheline
Flippin of Grass Valley, CA. Grandchildren – 24 and 10 –
Great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother and
four sisters.
Memorial Service will be
Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 10:00 AM at Boone Road Church of God.
