Stayton – Tonya, 41,
passed away at home surrounded by family. She ultimately lost her
12 year battle with cancer. She had many ups and downs in this
long battle, but always had a positive attitude and fought it to
the bitter end.
Tonya loved her family
but no one could hold a candle to her son, Austin. He was the most
important person in her life and gave her the strength to fight
for as long as she did.
Tonya is survived by her
husband, Bill; son, Austin; Mother, Ada; Father, Carroll; Sister,
Rhonda, and brother, Frankie.
A special thank you to
the entire staff at Hematology/Oncology of Salem for putting up
with us for so long.
A graveside service has
taken place for family and close friends. A Celebration of Life
will take place Saturday, May 1, 2010 at Anthony Hall 11758
Sublimity Rd. SE Sublimity from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Any
contributions can be made to any Relay for Life or to St. Jude’s
Children’s Hospital. Serving the family North
