Jefferson – Mickey
Stubenrauch passed away peacefully in her home on October 27th,
surrounded by her family. She
was a 3rd generation Oregonian, born in Vanport raised in Balston,
and graduated from Amity High School in 1962. Mickey married Bob
Stubenrauch on July 31, 1965 in Salem where they lived for 32
years and raised their family.
Mickey and Bob moved to acreage in Jefferson 15 years ago
to follow Mickey’s passion for plants and gardening. She also
enjoyed fishing, hunting, volleyball, hosting formal family
dinners, and playing any sort of cards or games.
She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in
Salem.
She is survived by her
husband Bob of Jefferson; daughter: Mindy (Gordon) Stubenrauch of
Salem; sons: Brad (Darci) Stubenrauch of Keizer and Todd (Dove)
Stubenrauch of Salem; mother: Leona Wilson of Dallas; brother:
Mike Wilson of Sheridan; sisters: Pat Berkey of Keizer and Janice
Hott of Hermiston; and grandchildren Isaiah, Jessi and Hannah.
Mickey was preceded in death by sons: Brian and Chad Stubenrauch;
father: Delbert Andrews; and adoptive father George Wilson.
Visitation will be
Wednesday, November 2 from 6-8 pm and Thursday, November 3 from
9-noon at North Santiam Funeral Service in Stayton. Recitation of
rosary will be at 1:30 and Mass of Christian burial will be at
2:00 pm both on Thursday, November 3 at St. Joseph’s Catholic
Church in Salem. Interment will be in City View Cemetery in Salem.
