Salem – Ivy, 93, died Tuesday in Keizer. She was born in Lajunta, CO., growing up in Texas. Ivy lived most of her adult life in Washington and moved to Salem 3 years ago. She served as a WASP in the US Air Force as a pilot during WWII. Ivy was a member of the American Legion and VFW. She worked as a physical therapist for 35 years in a hospital in Seattle, WA., and was partners in a beef cattle ranch for 35 years. Ivy enjoyed gardening and was a rock hound. She is survived by her nephew, Thomas Hedgecoke of Salem. No services will be held. Serving the family North Santiam Funeral Service, Stayton.
