Aumsville – Dick,
84, was born in Pocatello, ID. He moved to Salem in 1972 from
California and to Aumsville 15 years ago. Dick served in both
the US Navy and US Marines during the Korean War. He owned and
operated restaurants for 25 years including the Bus Stop,
Westgate Café and Bray’s Family Restaurant in Keizer. Dick
was a member of VFW, the Elks and Moose lodges and the Santiam
Senior Center. He enjoyed gardening, golfing and traveling.
Dick married Jan
Fagan on May 19, 1977 in Salem. He is survived by wife: Jan of
Aumsville; sons: Tony Bray of Edinburg, TX. and Scott Bray of
Olympia, WA.; step-children: Kim Sheldon of Salem, Patrick
Sheldon of Salt Lake City, UT., Cal Fagan of Junction City,
Mike Fagan of Corvallis, Jim Fagan of Lake Oswego, John
Kressie of Salem and Mary Kressie of Yuma, AZ. 14 –
grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
will be Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 12:30 pm at Willamette
National Cemetery in Portland. Serving the family, North
