Aumsville – Patsy
Ruth Dalke, 78, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, after a
long battle with cancer. She was born in Hattiesburg, MS to
Carl and Eva Graves. Pat married Dalbert Dalke on February 5,
1954 in Turner, they celebrated 60 years of marriage this
year. She was a mother, homemaker and in later years worked as
a teacher’s assistant at Aumsville Elementary School. Pat
loved working with children and was proud of her children and
grandchildren. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, traveling,
reading and raising her kids. Pat was a member of Immaculate
Conception Catholic Church in Stayton.
She is survived by
her husband: Dalbert of Aumsville; daughter: Sandi and Gary
Walker of Keizer; sons: Michael Dalke of Salem, Paul Dalke of
Dallas, Joel and Korrina Dalke of Olympia, WA, and Eric and
Melinda of Lebanon; grandchildren: Brett and Jeffrey Walker,
Kamryn Dalke, and Matthew Dalke; brother: Carl Graves;
sisters: Alice Towery and Jean Gingerich.
will be Sunday, December 28, 2014 at 12:00 pm at St. Mary
Cemetery in Stayton. The family wishes to thank Dr. Orlowski,
Dr. Petrunin, Dr. Gordon, and Dr. Hotan for their wonderful
