Deloris M. Lindemann
August 16, 1927 – December 11, 2015

Stayton – Deloris, 88, died Friday in Stayton. She was born in Stickney, SD moving to Stayton at a young age, living in Scio and Sublimity for over 40 years. Deloris was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Sublimity and the Cascade Foothills Square’s square dance club. She worked at the Paris Woolen Mill for a few years and enjoyed crafts, quilting, baking and playing cards.

Deloris married Gilbert “Gib” Lindemann on February 26, 1946 in Sublimity, he preceded her in death on August 17, 2008. She is survived by children: Connie Wourms of Camas, WA; Frank (Sarah) Lindemann of Suisun Valley, CA; Roger (Jeanne) Lindemann of Battle Ground, WA; Sandy (Jon) Metheany of Molalla; Larry (Lori) Lindemann of Lyons; Jim (Betty) Lindemann of Stayton; Peggy Lindemann of Hillsboro; David (Ann) Lindemann of Stayton; and Dan (Deresa) Lindemann of Salem; sister: Blossom Kintz of Sublimity; 21 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Deloris was preceded in death by daughter, Shirley Lindemann brother, Ray Wolf and son-in-law, Lowell Wourms.

Recitation of Rosary will be Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 10:00 am followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am, both at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Sublimity. Interment in St. Boniface Cemetery, Sublimity. Contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in her name. Serving the family, North Santiam Funeral Service, Stayton.
