Robert “Bob” Gene Lindemann
August 23, 1938 – September 19, 2015

Stayton – Bob, 77, died September 19 in Stayton. He was born in Timber and lived all of his life in Stayton. Bob worked at Mt. Jefferson Plywood Mill in Lyons, later at Burkland West Gulf in Turner and last at Phillips Industries in Stayton. He married  Nancy Scott on September 2, 1977 in Stayton.

Bob enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening, raising beef for his family on his hobby farm, and carpentry, which he finished his house and made bird houses, with much patience.

He is survived by his wife: Nancy Lindemann of Stayton; daughter: Jennifer (Scott) Slusser of Scio; sons: Kelly Lindemann of Salem, Terry Lindemann of Aumsville, Randy (Kristy) Lindemann of Shaw, Brent (Bernadine) Lindemann of Sayton and Rob Lindemann of Salem; sister: Virginia Hagen of Sublimity; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Bob was preceded in death by brother, Gerald Lindemann and sister, Maxine Stapp.

A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Scio Baptist Church in Scio. Contributions may be made to Parkinson’s Resource Group of Oregon or the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Serving the family North Santiam Funeral Service, Stayton.
