Turner – Carol,
56, died Tuesday, August 18 in Stayton. She loved the Lord and
had strong Christian values, truly walking the walk. Carol was
born on a military base in Nuernberg, Germany. She grew up and
lived many years in California, until moving to Oregon. Carol
moved to Springfield in 1990 living in Douglas County and the
last 10 years in Turner. She married Floyd Noel in Lake Tahoe
on October 10, 1983.
Carol loved horses
and animals, raising cows, turkeys, sheep and dogs. Carol was
a member of the American Paint Horse Association and American
Quarter Horse Association. She loved gardening and canning and
freezing the food from her garden and was a great homemaker.
Carol is survived by
her husband: Floyd Noel of Turner; mother and step-father:
Rosie & Larry Daniels of Turner; sons: Floyd Noel III of
Boise, ID, and Heath Noel of Syracuse, NY; brothers: Tom
Stroud of Turner and Ronald Fuson of Springfield; and 8
grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brother, Paul
services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers
