Dallas
– Tricia passed away on March 17, 2021. She was born
September 7, 1963 to James and Mary Bays in Albany. She
married Bob Smith in March of 1983 in Salem. Together they
raised five children and shared 11 grandchildren and 4
great-grandchildren. Tricia was a flagger in the
construction industry. The family referred to her as “MeMaa”.
Her hobbies included her love for camping, fishing,
crabbing, pampering herself and being surrounded by family
and co-workers.
Tricia is survived by her husband: Bob
Smith; her children: Leah Smith of Monmouth; Kevin (Leanna)
Sell of Salem; Brandon Smith of Dallas; Kristin (Mike Panzel)
of Dallas; and Sam Smith of Salem; brother Jim Bays; and
sisters; Shirley Wimer of Dallas; and Lori Bays of
Aumsville; 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
