    • One 15 year old Male of Mehama referred to Marion County Juvenile Department on charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and Minor in Possession of Alcohol.

    • Caller reported dog left in a vehicle.  Officer checked on the dog, outside temperature 56 degrees, windows were rolled down for sufficient air flow, dog not in distress.  
       

  • 2:30pm   Theft II/Drugs                                  800 Block N 7th Avenue

    • Theft of a purse/left in an unlocked vehicle-possible suspect information provided to officer.  Investigation resulted in an arrest.

    • Arrested:  Trevor L. Basl-Prindle, age 19, of Sublimity for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and Theft II from Motor Vehicle.  Mr. Basl-Prindle was cited and released.  

    • Majority of the property was recovered and returned to the victim.

    • Caller reported side mirror on truck was pushed back.  Officer replaced mirror to correct position.

    • Unknown person dropped off dog at Sublimity Fire Station-said they had found the dog at Settlers Park.  Dog had Jackson County Dog Control Tag. Will contact Jackson County Dog control during business hours to attempt to locate dog's owner.  Description:  Male Poodle Mix, blue collar.  Owner located and dog returned.

Surratt, age 34, of Turner for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, also cited for Driving While Suspended Violation and Driving Uninsured.  Mr. Surratt was transported to Marion County Correctional Facility and left in their care and custody.  Vehicle was towed.
