get your public event information on the staytonevents.com calendar,
just send me a simple email to staytonevents@wvi.com
with full event information including: who, what, when, where, why and how much. Feel free to be
descriptive. I will create the calendar entry or I may copy and paste
reasonable, well composed submissions (subject to editing). I
may reply with questions if I have any. When posted, I will reply
with a message to check the post for accuracy. You can send changes or
updates anytime.

need to wait. Send your information as soon as it is available.
Posting events early allows the search engines to pick it up in
advance so people will be able to find it.

The
site is updated daily, usually after 4:30pm and anytime on
weekends.

I
can also post your newsletters, registration forms, event
flyers, etc and link to them. Just email them as attached files. I will not
however, create individual calendar event postings for you from
general newsletter stories or your organizations internal calendar. You must
compose each individual calendar posting
separately. Do not rely on newsletters only to publicize your
event as most users will not see it if it is not on the main page.

Don’t
have or need a full service website, but want a local web presence your
customers can find? Staytonevents.com now offers a simple solution.
A
single page presence in the staytonevents.com local business or restaurant
sections may be just what you need. At $175 per year, page includes
business info and promo text (use all the text you need!), logos, photos
(up to 4) for business pages or menus (updated when neccessary) for
restaurants. Price does not include Logo or Graphic Art development.

are registered domain names that open the
respective business or restaurant guide pages. They
are free to use in print ads to help customers find your web page.
Individual domain names to your page may be
registered through staytonevents.com for $35 per
year. Domain names not registered through staytonevents.com
are not allowed.
Advertising
Limited
commercial advertisement spots are available in the staytonevents.com
calendar page right column. 200 pixel wide hyperlinked tiles are $25 per
month for businesses with pages in the business or restaurant sections
(with link to page), $35 per month for those without (with link to own
site or full size ad).
