The Board of Directors meets at 4:00 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month, here at the Keizer Heritage Center.
No member of the Board of Directors is paid by the Foundation. All are volunteers. No director has drawn money, other than reimbursement of expenses for purchases required to complete an assignment. There are no paid staff or employees for the Foundation.
