Chapter
IV

When Jack went off first thing in the morning, his groan of satisfaction brought our activity to the attention of the rest of the men. There was some discussion among the others that closely paralleled the discussion I had led in Tower One as to whether or not Geoff had injured Debbie when he had introduced her to the pleasures of physical love. I made myself another silent promise to speak to Geoff about many things if we were ever to meet again, and then turned my attention towards defending myself from the uneducated accusations of the sexually inexperienced.

The discussion of my injuring Jack was over rather quickly, when compared to what I had done to Geoff in the Tower. On the other hand, I had the experience of having led such an attack, and was all too aware of the assumptions that were taking place to have such an accusation be made at all! I suppose that was one good thing that came out of my attempts to ruin Geoff and his part of the project back in the city. In retrospect, I can't see how I ever fell for the rhetoric of the Counsel, but I did at the time. Oh well. I guess it's true that hindsight is always twenty-twenty!

After Jack convinced the rest of the men that the noise he had made when he reached his morning climax had been of pleasure, not pain. I again witnessed an embarrassed display of activities from Jacks four friends. It was all I could do not to laugh at the way they kicked the dirt, and avoided eye contact for several minutes after they discovered there was no reason for concern.

The real humor of the situation for me, was to see these big, tough, men, show how frail their ego's really are. "Lions, and Tigers, and Bears on the outside." I smiled at the thought. "But really, they're just soft, and cuddly, kittens, on the inside." I kept the thought to myself!

We'd eaten a cold breakfast, which left me, at least, still hungry for more food, when the subject of how to proceed in the greatest safety was again brought up. While the men were arguing among themselves about the best way to proceed, I was able to think about what I'd gathered of the plan some of the women in Tower One had been secretly talking about before I'd blown my cover.

I stood and listened to the subdued discussion for a while, then finally began to speak to the group in general. I'd restarted to tell about the plan I'd heard in the Tower three times, before I had the complete attention of the men, and was able to really get anywhere.

Lance finally quieted the men by telling them the least they could do was listen to what I had to say. "If you'll recall, she convinced us to take her under our protection, and I've come to realize she does have some valid things to say. Provided of course there's no cock in her cunt when she's talking." I could have taken that as an insult except that Lance was grinning straight at me when he said it.

I thought better of the cut I nearly delivered and instead said, "Of course the same is true for a man. You just can't take any stock in what they say while they have their root buried in a pussy, either!"

"Touché! Very well said!" and he gave the floor to me.

I quickly explained how there had been occasion in the Tower for the women I was with, to discuss how they would travel in some kind of safety outside the city, in the presence of a man. When I'd finished with the outline of the situation I began to refine and explain what I had gathered was the reasoning behind the plan the women had, of traveling as the man's prisoners.

"First let me expand on the situation, as it was to have applied to a group of women with one man, and then we can try and fit it into our situation."

There was an objection to my idea from Terry and Joe as immaterial because this situation as not the same as the one the women were discussing. Lance, and Jack convinced the other three that it wouldn't do any harm to listen, so I continued.

"First of all, I'd like to concede the point that Terry and Joe just made. This situation is different from the one I am talking about, but only in one way as far as I can see. That is in the numbers involved. For the situation the women in Tower One were contemplating, there were to be six women, and one man." I stopped and let those numbers sink in for a moment.

"In this situation, the ratio is nearly reversed. There are five men, you, and one woman, me. At first glance, our group would present a much more believable image than the group of women who were planning to travel with one man! If the ploy had a ghost of a chance of working for either group, then it only stands to reason our group has an even better chance of making the plan work."

Jason interjected. "For now, let's say that's true. Tell us how it worked, or at least was supposed to work." There was a general lightening of moods at his humorous remark, which made continuing much easier.

"As I understood the basics of their plan, once they were on the outside, in the wilderness, the women were to be bound as if they were prisoners, while the man was to be freed and act as if he were in control of the situation. It was hoped that by doing so, the group could gain precious time, and divert an attack by the very persons they came to join. The men."

There was a general murmur among the men as they made their comments about the initial idea.

"I've no idea if it would have worked or not the way they were planning on implementing the plan." I continued, "But I can see that in this little group, I really am, for all intents and purposes, your prisoner anyway. As I see it, all we need to do is to add the visual effect of putting me in chains, and the whole thing looks as real as can be, mostly because it is!"

I stopped and waited, while the men made more comments among themselves. Not arguing with the idea I'd just shared with them, but really thinking about and engaging in several small discussions as they explored the plausibility of the basic plan.

I didn't have to wait long.
