To the flesh it is foolishness to allow yourself to be crucified.

To the flesh it is foolishness to allow yourself to be crucified, not only does it include an immense amount of pain but it goes totally against carnal nature. The scriptures are clear that the flesh is death and the Spirit is Life. To those of us who have found the power of the Lord's death on the cross, and have ourselves been conformed to it, we have come to know the strength of the Lord. This strength strips the power that sin would try to hold over us and instead reveales the life to come. Where there is death of the flesh sin has no power. Where there is life in the Spirit of Christ, righteousness reigns in authority.

Any time something is put to death, in the flesh, God is able to resurrect it in the Spirit for his good purpose.

Where are the ones who want to die? Where are the ones who will love Me more than anything so they might inherit all things? These are My Brothers, Sisters, Mothers and Fathers.

1Co. 1:17-18 For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the Gospel- not with human wisdom, lest the Cross of Christ be emptied of its power. For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
