Built in 1903 by Charles and Martha Brown, the house became a hospital in 1926. It remained the Stayton Hospital until 1938.

Auction held in the historic Paris Woolen Mill. There were over 200 items in the silent and oral
auction. Over $12,000 was raised to help purchase the brown house.

Exhibit of art from Stayton High School - senior art class. Many of the items were donated
by the class to help purchase the Brown House.
