Miss. Welsh,

I believe the last time I had the pleasure of your company before the Judicial Bench, was at a hearing held on, or about, April 6, 1989. At that time I brought with me a letter which I had written to the Court.

You met me at the Courthouse, just in time to have the letter copied. We then went into court, where you presented the letter to the Court, saying, I was much more comfortable writing than talking.

My point is that at the time I brought that letter to Court, I still didn't understand that the grounds for Jurisdiction in Tylor's behalf had been changed, as of the Hearing held on, or about, September 29, 1988.

In that hearing, I apparently had No Objection to the amended Petition. I will never understand why I had no objection, as you did not explain what it was, what it meant, or the effect it would have on Tylor's case at that time, or any time since then.

I want you to know how pleased I was when I discovered the consequence of having had "No objection" shortly after the Court accepted my somewhat tardy, (Eight months!), rebuttal of the original petition, and it's supporting documents. The second revelation came about two weeks later, when I learned what the joke was around CSD and the Juvenile Department, not to mention the Court House.

"Great letter! But a bit late, don't you think?"

I haven't bothered to search the records for any other Favors you may have done for Tylor and I, but, I thought you should know how much I appreciate your thoughtful contribution to his welfare.

Please be aware that the New York based Corporation known as, "Revenge Unlimited", is now planning to expand their services to the Pacific Coast. As you may have heard, they are specialists in the delivery of appropriate gifts for all occasions. You may expect the delivery of your remembrance, anytime.

Thank You,

J.D. Hoeye,
Tylor's Father.
